Together with Edward Burd and Keith Norbutt, I am honored to co-present a lecture and performance in memory of Bernard Z. Goldberg (1923-2017), former principal flutist of the Pittsburgh Symphony and 2015 recipient of the Chicago Flute Club Lifetime Achievement Award.

A 30-minute program of flute duos and trios with my colleagues Keith Norbutt and James Brinkmann.  Repertoire includes operatic melodies, excerpts from the symphonic literature, and music by Chicago-born composer Robert Muczynski.

Thanks to Florence for giving a group of my students an opportunity to learn from her experience and wisdom.

Looking forward to performing in beautiful historic Elsah, Illinois.  Repertoire to include Darius Jones’s There is to Hear.

Thank you to St. Pauls House for welcoming the Lincoln Park Flutes, an adult chamber ensemble I coach, to present a program of classical and holiday music for its residents.  I will join the group for a few numbers!
